To purchase from our website (https://inkanat.com) you should follow 4 steps:

CHOOSE THE PRODUCTS

Choose the products and the amount of each purchase (with the button “Add to basket”).The trolley of purchases has two buttons.”Keep buying”, to pick other products and “Confirm and pay” to continue the process of buying.

IDENTIFY YOURSELF:

After confirming the bought products, the clients must identify themselves:

New Client: You should create a new account with your email as a identity, password, personal and sending details.
It was already purchased: If you have already bought it and created your account, you can recuperate your details with an email and password.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

After identifying yourself, you must choose a method of payment:
Credit /debit card: Worldwide available payment method, safe payment operated in our bank:”CIC or through PayPal.For security reasons Inkanatura doesn’t store any of your card details.
Cash on delivery: – Available in Spain & Portugal – If you choose this method, you must pay the postman or courier at the moment of delivery of the purchase. See service prices and availablity.

CONFIRMATION:
After choosing the products and payment method, a sale shows the summary of all purchase. You must go back to confirm or modify data.
After confirming the method of payment, you will be shown a window with the message: “Buy successfully made”; and an automatic email is sent to your mailbox. Please check to make sure that everything is developing successfully.
