Reishi is a mushroom (Ganoderma Lucidum) which has been studied for over 30 years, since it has advantages and property for the benefit of health. For over 3000 years has been used in traditional medicine in the East: China, Japan, Malaysia, etc.
Dr. Shi-Jean Lee, a famous doctor who lived during the Ming Dynasty was already talking about the effectiveness of Reishi in his book, Ban Chao Gang Moo (The Great Pharmacopoeia) in his experience, taking Reishi helped achieve a “long and healthy life”. It is a very difficult to eat this fungus in its natural form, since it has an unpleasant bitter taste.
