Florida water (Agua de Florida) is a manufactured perfumed water, the American version of the french “Eau de Cologne”. It has a fresh scent, with a citrus base emphasizing sweet orange with spicy notes. The name alludes to the Fountain of Youth that was supposedly located in Florida, as well as the floral base of the fragrance.
Florida water is widely used in the culture of the Q’ero people of Peru (declared cultural heritage of the Peruvian nation). They use it to cleanse the body of bad energies . Florida water has a rich tradition and has a large following in spiritual and shamanic circles.
It can be added to the humidifier to generate a good smell in the room, in addition to warding off bad energy. Like cologne.
Ingredients : Alcohol denatured, water, fragrances, FD&C blue color #1, and FD&C yellow color #5.
