Borage Oil (known also as starflower oil) is a great source of essential fatty acids gamma-linoleic and linoleic acids, also contains oleic acid (Omega 3 and 6). It has three times the gamma linoleic acid than that of evening primrose. Borage is a vegetable and its oil is extracted from the seeds.
Borage (Borago officialis) plant is widespread throughout the Mediterranean area. It has been used since ancient times. The name Borage of Arabian origin means “father of sweat” as it increases sweating and serves as a diuretic and expectorant.
Presentation: Package of 100 soft Capsules of pure borage oil.
Ingredients per capsule: Borage oil (borago officialis) 20% GLA 500 mg, natural vitamin E 10 mg, Vitaheess (natural antioxidants 0.1 mg) and shell (gelatin and glycerin).
Recommended use: Consume 2 capsules a day, preferably before meals.
